Cheroda (cheroda.com) is an online platform where travellers can book accommodation in Georgia from independent hosts (hotels, guesthouses, apartments and more).
Cheroda does not own the properties. The accommodation contract is between the guest and the host; Cheroda facilitates it and collects payment on the host's behalf.
A booking is confirmed only after successful payment, confirmed by the voucher sent by email.
Payment is made online by card via Flitt or with your Cheroda wallet balance. All prices are in Georgian Lari (GEL). Any payment service fee is shown separately before you pay.
Cancellation terms are set per rate and shown before booking. Cancelling within the free-cancellation period gives a full refund.
Refunds go first to the wallet-paid part, then to the card. Card refunds take 3–10 business days depending on your bank.
Non-refundable bookings are not refunded on cancellation.
Points are credited when conditions defined by Cheroda are met (e.g. after a completed stay). Points have no cash value until exchanged for wallet credit.
Coupons are valid only under their stated conditions; one coupon per booking. Wallet credit can only be used to pay for bookings on Cheroda and cannot be cashed out.
In case of abuse (e.g. fake accounts, self-referrals) Cheroda may cancel points and credit.
Guests must provide accurate details and respect the property's house rules. Hosts may request ID at check-in.
Property descriptions and photos are provided by hosts. Cheroda works to keep information accurate but is not liable for inaccurate information supplied by hosts. If something goes wrong, contact us and we'll help.
